• Are you receiving network vulnerability reports from your IT vendor? If so, how often?
• Is your IT company providing your office with annual Cybersecurity Awareness Training which is required to be HIPAA compliant? (This is separate from your HIPAA training)
• Has your IT company performed a full cybersecurity audit of your existing policies/procedures and the tools/equipment that you use on a daily basis?
• Does your IT company work with a cybersecurity company to review/audit their work? Your IT company should NOT be auditing their own work
